We the Shri Arvind Foundation, which is one of the active organizations in the country today offers the introductory Voucher First Aid Course to every individual who is seeking to learn about the basic First Aid. We are authorized by the Directorate General of Mines Safety, Under Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India to both impart the First Aid training as well as issue the competency certificate in pan India Across. This Voucher First Aid course is specially designed to equip Individuals with all the necessary knowledge and skills so that they are prepared to deal with a medical emergency situation effectively. This also entails both the theoretical and practical aspect of First Aid, and its short duration, only 11 days makes it suitable for both working and non-working professionals to gain valuable insights and hands-on experience of First Aid.

Course Details

• • CPR and Automated External Defibrillator:

  Each participant will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and to operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in the event of cardiac arrest.

   

• • Management of Wounds and Bleeding:

  The student will also practice on wound cleaning and dressing, as well as ways to control bleeding by direct pressure, pressure points or by the use of a Tourniquet.

• • Injuries in the form of bones and muscles including Fractures and Sprains:

  The trainees will be able to appreciate the various forms of fractures and sprains and the ways of immobilsation of the injured parts from further harm.

   

• • Managing Any Kind of Shock Surprise:

  Participants will be taught that there are various kinds of shock: hypovolemic, cardiogenic, anaphylactic, septic to mention the most common kinds and some few techniques such as the raising of legs, providing body warmth, oral or vasculatory rehydration, and joisting of the person.

• • Poisoning and Ingesting:

  Study Participants will be able to identify and manage occupational and environmental poisoning cases; this includes calling for specialist medical care, using activated charcoal if necessary, and treatment of the effects of poisoning or irritant substances.

• • Heat Syndromes and Cold Syndromes:

  The learners will be aware of these conditions and how to tackle them; heat stroke, hypothermia, frostbite. Also, Elimination of these conditions will be through, drinking plenty of water, not staying in the sun for long and dressing appropriately for the season.
